Here's the tea: you just posted fire content for a brand, and now we want to help you increase your awareness! Cool, right? More eyes on your work, bigger reach, maybe even more followers. But here's what most brands won't tell you upfront: they need something called an "Authorization Code", "Access Code," "Gen Code", or “Spark Ads Code” (many companies use different names for it) from you to make it happen.
So now let's break down exactly how to do this for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok because no one has time for YouTube tutorials and all that tech stuff.
TikTok: Step-by-Step Guide to Generate Your Spark Ads Code
TikTok's process is called "Spark Ads authorization." Here's how to get your code:

Step 1: Open TikTok App & Tap on your post
Open the TikTok app and Click on the post that you posted for the brand.
*Make sure you're logged into the account where you posted the branded content.

Step 2: Press on the 3 Dots
You'll see three dots (•••) on the right side of your video. Tap on them to open the menu.

Step 3: Press on Ad Settings From the menu that pops up, look for "Ad Settings" and tap on it.

Step 4: Ad Authorization
Make sure you swipe to the right to turn on ad authorization. Now select the period available that the client wants to boost your ads.

Step 5: Save and Refresh Page
Hit save to confirm your settings, then refresh the page to make sure everything updates properly.

Step 6: Press “Manage” on Video Code Sector and then “Copy Code”
Go back to your video settings,
Look for Video Code section,
press "Manage," and then tap "Copy Code" to get your authorization code.
